At Norlen, manual bending and robotic bending machines utilize 3D models ensuring repeated accurate parts each time. Precision brake presses ensure dimensional accuracy and flange control. Norlen also uses a 3D simulated bending cam to ensure the perfect bend in your product every time.

Plate Roll Forming

Norlen can meet your needs of roll forming steel, stainless steel and aluminum by using our four roll Davi roll former.

Laser Cutting

Norlen's one of a kind, state-of-the-art laser cutting department uses CNC programming that allows for flexibility for design changes. Our high speed lasers ensure accurate cuts every time. Here at Norlen, we ensure accurate and efficient production of our customer's products to their exact tolerance by using:

Automated sheet storage
(1) 6,000 watt CO2 laser with autoload and part sorting automation
(2) 4,000 watt FIBER lasers with autoload and robotic part stacking and removal
(1) 4,000 watt punch/laser combo - fully automated for sheet load and part stacking return
24/7 production – fully automated blanking capability
